By Australian law we are not obligated to refund for change of mind reasons so please choose carefully.

Store Credit

Returned items due to manufacturing faults are issued as a Store Credit to the customer.  Returns can be sent to the below address and must include your original invoice and allocated RA number:

Return Shipping for Exchanges

Return shipping costs for exchange is the CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY

The item(s) must:

Be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.  Not smell of ladies perfume/deodorant so please take due care when trying on your order.  Returned items not received in their original state will automatically returned to the customer.  Ja Delle Designs staff reserve the right to reject a return if it is not in an as new, as sold condition. Returns are processed within 4 days of receiving your items back in our studio.

Faulty Items

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us. We are happy to replace, repair, or exchange goods in the case of manufacturing fault.
